Yom Kippur: Flavors to Remember Pre-Fast Menu

If I can’t eat for 24 hours I want my last meal to be one that is really memorable…yet sets me off on the right foot. This menu is inspired by the flavors of the Middle East and features cucumber and watermelon, which help you stay hydrated.  This vegetarian pre-fast menu is protein, carb and sugar mild so you don’t fall off a cliff the next day.
